Homemade Gluten-Free Cinnamon Oat Granola

Ingredients:

    •    4 cups gluten-free oats

    •    1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

    •    1/2 cup honey

    •    1/4 cup ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, melted coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even baking.

  5. Let it cool completely—this is when it becomes nice and crunchy.

  6. Once cooled, store in an airtight jar or container.
