Strawberry Buns

Recipe:

Dough:

4 cups of flour

1/2 tablespoon of salt

1/2 cup of vegetable oil spread

1 cup of warm milk

1 tablespoon of yeast

2 tablespoons of sugar

Filling:

1/2 cup of dried strawberries

1 cup and 1/4 cup of strawberry jam

Instructions:

  1. Combine the ingredients to make the dough and let it rest covered for 3 hours

  2. Flatten Dough

  3. Add Filling

  4. Shape dough like shown in the video below

  5. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes before baking

Bake:

Bake at 360°F for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
