Blueberry Cream Brichoe Cheese Buns

Ingredients

    •    Dough:

    •    1 ¼ cups whole milk

    •    2 tablespoons sugar

    •    1 tablespoon yeast

    •    1 egg

    •    1 stick of butter

    •    4 ½ cups flour

    •    2 tablespoons olive oil (for coating the top and bottom of the dough)

    •    Filling:

    •    12 oz cream cheese

    •    1 egg

    •    1 tablespoon vanilla

    •    ½ cup sugar

    •    ¼ cup sour cream

    •    1 tablespoon lemon zest

    •    Blueberry Jam:

    •    ¼ cup blueberries

    •    ½ cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough using the listed ingredients. Let it rise as needed.

  2. Mix the filling ingredients until smooth.

  3. Combine the blueberries and blueberry jam.

  4. Assemble with olive oil on the top and bottom of the dough. Add filling and blueberry jam mixture.

  5. Bake at 360°F for 25 minutes.
