Blueberry Sourdough
Dough:
1 cup sourdough starter
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon + 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the dough the day before. Mix the sourdough starter, warm water, honey, flour, salt, blueberries , and olive oil in a bowl.
Every few hours, mix the dough by layering it (folding it over itself) up to 3 times.
Once the dough doubles in size, shape it into a loaf and place it in a pan.
Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight.
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Bake the dough covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Once done, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely before slicing
