4th of July Sourdough
Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 650g all-purpose flour
• 150g sourdough starter
• 10g honey
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1½ cups water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup sprinkles
Instructions:
Mix the flour, starter, honey, salt, water, and olive oil until a dough forms.
Knead until smooth, then fold in the sprinkles.
Let the dough rise until doubled (4–6 hours, or overnight in the fridge).
Shape the dough and place it in a greased or lined baking pan.
Cover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes until golden.
Let it cool before slicing.
