4th of July Sourdough

Recipe:

Ingredients:

    •    650g all-purpose flour

    •    150g sourdough starter

    •    10g honey

    •    1 tablespoon salt

    •    1½ cups water

    •    1 tablespoon olive oil

    •    1 cup sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Mix the flour, starter, honey, salt, water, and olive oil until a dough forms.

  2. Knead until smooth, then fold in the sprinkles.

  3. Let the dough rise until doubled (4–6 hours, or overnight in the fridge).

  4. Shape the dough and place it in a greased or lined baking pan.

  5. Cover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.

  6. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes until golden.

Let it cool before slicing.
