Second bake (biscotti style) Place the slices cut-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 12 minutes, until firm. Remove and let cool completely.
Melt the chocolate In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
Dip and decorate Once the biscotti are fully cooled, dip one end of each biscotti into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
