Peanut Butter Buns
Recipe:
Dough:
4 cups of flour
1 egg
4 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of water
3/4 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix the ingredients and let the dough rise for about 3-4 hours.
Filling:
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
Bake:
After making the dough, cover it and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Apply egg yolk on top before baking.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Syrup:
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of whole milk
Mix the ingredients and apply on top of the baked rolls. You can also sprinkle some almonds on top for added flavor and texture.
