Peanut Butter Buns

Recipe:

Dough:

  • 4 cups of flour

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoons of butter

  • 3/4 cup of milk

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 3/4 tablespoon of yeast

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Mix the ingredients and let the dough rise for about 3-4 hours.

Filling:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

Bake:

  • After making the dough, cover it and let it rise for 20 minutes.

  • Apply egg yolk on top before baking.

  • Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

Syrup:

  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/4 cup of whole milk

  • Mix the ingredients and apply on top of the baked rolls. You can also sprinkle some almonds on top for added flavor and texture.
