Brownies

Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened

• 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

• 2 large eggs

• ⅓ cup brown sugar

• ½ cup white sugar

• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

• ¼ cup all-purpose flour

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon baking powder

• ¼ cup avocado oil

• 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.

  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.

  4. Stir in the dark chocolate.

  5. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.

  6. Pour in the avocado oil and water, and stir until the batter is thick and even.

  7. Spread the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly fudgy.
