Blueberry Scones

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 stick frozen butter
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• ¼ cup flour (for dusting top and bottom of the bread)
• Buttermilk (for brushing before baking)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 370°F.
In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, ½ cup flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.
Add heavy cream, egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.
Grate in frozen butter and fold gently.
Toss blueberries in ¼ cup flour, then fold into the batter.
Place batter into prepared pan and dust with flour on top and bottom.
Brush with buttermilk.
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Cool slightly, then enjoy!
