Fruit Cheesecake
Recipe:
Pan Base:
4 cups of ground biscuits
1/2 cup of melted butter
Filling:
2 lbs of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cheesecake flavoring
4 eggs
Baking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the ground biscuits and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture onto the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cheesecake flavoring, and mix until creamy.
Add the eggs, and mix well.
Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
After baking, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit in it for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at 6 hours.
Before serving, add desired fruit on top and drizzle with syrup for extra flavor.
