Garlic Confit

Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 cups organic garlic cloves, peeled

2 cups olive oil

Fresh rosemary (a few sprigs)

Fresh thyme (a few sprigs)

Instructions:

  1. Place the garlic cloves, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme in an air fryer-safe dish or tray.

  2. Air fry at 250°F (120°C) for 15–20 minutes, keeping a close eye to ensure the garlic doesn't turn golden or brown.

  3. Once the garlic is soft and fragrant—but still pale—carefully remove from the air fryer.

  4. Let it cool slightly, then transfer everything into a clean, airtight jar.

  5. Store in the refrigerator and use within 1–2 weeks.
